Who I am

What data I collect
- Enquiry details — the name, email address and message you send via the contact form or by email.
- Client & billing details — information needed to provide services and issue invoices (e.g. business name, contact and payment references).
- Technical data — basic server logs and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide and manage the services you've asked for, handle billing, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep systems secure. I rely on the lawful bases of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries), contract (delivering services), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
Sharing & sub-processors
I never sell your data. I use trusted suppliers to run the business — for example a hosting provider, domain registrar, email provider and payment/invoicing tools — who process data on my behalf under their own agreements. [List your key suppliers here.]
How long I keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to help you. Client and financial records are retained for as long as required by UK law (generally at least six years for tax purposes), then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to certain processing, and request portability. Email hello@yourapk.uk and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
